This lively sparkling rosato is crafted using traditional Italian techniques in the heart of Emilia-Romagna. This Lambrusco reflects the region’s terroir—limestone and clay-rich soils, warm sunny days, and cool nights. Made primarily from native 70% Lambrusco Marani, 25% Lambrusco Salamino and 5% Amcellota,, it undergoes a gentle fermentation in stainless steel tanks to capture its fresh, vibrant personality. With a dry style (“Secco”), minimal residual sugar preserves its crispness, while delicate bubbles dance through the wine, adding a touch of effervescent joy. The result?
